If you were to ask Chef Whittaker about his favorite season he’d say it’s fall. Vibrant autumn colours, and rustling leaves, fall is the last chance for great fresh local produce in British Columbia.
As you understand fresh produce and cooking go hand in hand. Before hunkering down for coming cold of winter make time in the kitchen with some delicious local products. Squashes. Peppers. Brussel sprouts. Corn. These are just a few ways to appreciate the beauty this season has to offer.

Designed for fall with Chef Whittaker, Turtle Valley Bison is currently offering it’s seasonal bison box for residents in Vancouver, the Vancouver surrounding area, Kamloops, & Shuswap area. Provided in each delivery will be premium steaks, ground bison, short ribs, chuck roast and a pack of Forage Sausages in each box.
